Our very experienced, qualified coaches will help you develop your paddling skills and make sure you and your family are safe in the water. Our courses include the start, discover and explore Paddle UK accredited personal awards:

• Keeping safe Paddle boarding from £20

• Paddle sport safety and rescue from £80

• Intro to white water safety course from £90

Groups  (minimum 6)

Paddle board, kayak, canoe, sit on top & wetsuit hire from £10 (if required)

• Intro to stand up paddle boarding (SUP) from £20pp

• Intro to kayaking from £20pp

• Intro to canoeing from £20pp

• Wellbeing Paddle board yoga / mindfulness from £30  

• Women only sessions (women led) from £20

• Hot flushes in Wet Suits (Menopause group) from £20

• Family sessions from £20 - adult; £10 - child​

• 1:1 guided river trips / skills coaching from £150​​

• 1:1 progressive white water coaching from £150

Paddle UK Accredited White Water Leader Courses:

• White water leader training £270 (requires minimum 2 candidates)

• White water leader assessment from £270 (requires minimum 2 candidates)

• 1:1 assessment £350 (by arrangement)
